The application should be accompanied by:
- the constitution of the association;
- documents attesting to the legal and professional status of the association;
- documents verifying the number of current members of the association.
Applications for Associate membership are received by the Council and then submitted to the General Assembly with a Council recommendation after having determined if the criteria for membership have been met. If other Regular or Associate Members exist in the country, Council will have to obtain written recommendation of the application, before a recommendation is made to the General Assembly. Membership will start after approval by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the General Assembly present and after receipt of the first annual subscription fee.
